About me

Dr. med. dent. Sabine Frisch

I have been working as an orthodontist for over 10 years, treating malocclusion with a holistic approach. I employ tried-and-true, as well as modern techniques.

After studying dentistry in Cologne, Bonn and Würzburg and practicing general dentistry for a couple of years, I completed my specialty training in private practice in Germany and at the department of orthodontics at Innsbruck University. I passed my specialty exam in Germany in 2017, becoming a recognized specialist in the field of orthodontics. In 2022, I defended my dissertation on child and adolescent psychology at the University of Ulm, earning the degree of Dr. med. dent..

Having been active in academic research since my student years in Cologne, Bonn and Würzburg, I completed research internships at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, and at Nebraksa Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska, during my semester breaks at university. The following publications resulted from these internships.

From start to finish, we accompany your treatment individually and according to your wishes. Throughout your treatment we employ tried-and-true, as well as modern techniques. We use a digital intraoral scanner. This makes plastic impressions, which many patients experience as unpleasant, unnecessary, enabling us to generate a virtual dental cast of your jaws within seconds. We use digital X-ray, which decreases our patients‘ exposure to harmful X-rays significantly. Together we will find the most convenient and well-suited treatment for you. We will discuss the expected cost and the possibility of receiving a refund from your health insurance. Regular check-up appointments throughout your treatment and during the retention phase ensure a result that is stable and satisfactory in the long term.
